Prior to beginning the design phase, the client was requested to share a few brands and their websites to get a good idea of what the client has envisioned for their own website. Most of the consultancy firms such as PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, etc, give off a sense of seriousness, sophistication, trustworthiness, and so on.
We needed AEON Global to exude such traits by adopting them in the design language. This is apparent in the images used and the selected fonts and colors for the AEON Global website.

The technologies used for creating the AEON Global website have been selected with certain criteria in mind. These include the speed at which each page loads, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendliness, enhanced power on low-power devices, performance optimization, and so on.
Even though WordPress was a suitable option, I did not wish to incur un-necessary costs for the client to bear. That being said, not only did NextJS meet all the aforementioned criteria; the website was hosted at no additional cost to the client.
THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
As per the clients request, the website has also been integrated with several third-party apps such as:
- Form Spree: By integrating with the Form Spree service, users are able to fill out and send their queries through the form, which is immediately forwarded to the primary AEON Global email address.
- Contentful CMS: With the help of the Contentful headless CMS, the website owner can create insights/blog articles relating to their field of expertise. From an SEO standpoint, this will prove immensely valuable.
- Calendly: Also, the Calendly Online Appointment Scheduling Software was setup and integrated into the website in the form of a Call to Action button titled ‘Schedule Consultation’. When the user clicks the button, a new tab opens up, allowing for booking an appointment as per the user’s convenience.
- Google Analytics: This was a highly requested feature by the Website Owner and understandably so as this allows with monitoring the web traffic, user behavior, and user demographics.
- Stripe Payments: In an attempt to provide flexibility and payment alternatives, AEON’s clients can also make credit card payments via Stripe. In the owners words, this reduces the probability of bad debt and ruling out, to a certain extent, the need to chase for outstanding payments.

For any business requiring online exposure, setting up the Google Business Profile is critical as it ties in very well with SEO efforts and is most probably, the only way that a business can be found on Google Maps. The profile for AEON Global was setup and verified on Day One; emphasizing the importance of having a Google Business Profile.
BENEFITS
To name a few, the following are key benefits of a Google Business Profile:
- A business with a Google Business Profile gets higher priority when it comes to being listed on the Google Search Results.
- Through Google Maps, the business can gain customer reviews. A business with a good rating can help drive customer acquisition and can also gain an advantage over other businesses providing similar services as Google ranks businesses with good reviews higher.
- It improves SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- The business owner can upload images of their establishment; helping drive credibility in the business.
RESULT
As of 11/01/2024, the business has received 16 reviews from its clients, averaging a terrific score of 4.9/5. In an attempt to push for more positive reviews, the owner has been advised to request reviews from past clients who were personally dealt with.
